Welcome to VerdPaw. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from VerdPaw, operated by Brand Bridge International Limited, registered in England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

All products are dog dietary supplements. Our supplements are produced in FDA approved and GMP certified facilities. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your dog’s diet.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our Amazon UK fulfilment centre. Standard delivery is £5.00. Free delivery applies to orders over £75. Delivery is available to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@verdpaw.co.uk. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Charitable Donations

VerdPaw donates 100% of remaining profits to registered charities including Macmillan Cancer Support and others supporting elderly care, children, and animal welfare. Donation amounts depend on business costs and are made at our discretion. Purchasing our products does not constitute a direct charitable donation by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Brand Bridge International Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerdPaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
