Refund and Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@verdpaw.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@verdpaw.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

3. Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@verdpaw.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used supplement products, unless they are faulty.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of us confirming it, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider. If you still have not received it, please contact us at hello@verdpaw.co.uk
